Wild Rescues sets just the right tone for middle-grade animal lovers. These stories, based on true urban wildlife rescues, will engage readers and offer valuable tips on how to care for injured animals so that many can be returned to the wild.
-Clare Hodgson Meeker, author of Rhino Rescue! And More True Stories of Saving Animals
This is a fantastic book about wildlife rescue. It was very different than what I expected. It was engaging and held my attention throughout. It tells several interesting stories about wildlife rescues and rehabilitation. It’s also full of accurate information about what to do if you find injured or orphaned wildlife. Each story ends with a list of fun facts about the animal that was rescued. Not only was this book educational but it was also a fun and interesting read. The audiobook was well produced and the narrator suited the story. She spoke clearly and did the voices of the characters well. Great read! 5 stars!!!!!
